Cyrina Avila (Founder)Cyrina Avila served as BRIDGE Student Director for the 2017-2018 school year. She pursued a double major in Sociology - Organizational Studies and Communication with a minor in Technology Management. As Student Director, one of her primary goals for that year was to support her community by expanding resource network and being a facilitator that connects one to another. With friendship being the primary resource, she founded PIBL and helped start PIBL's annual conference called Pilipinx Leaders & Entrepreneurs Summit (PLES) with Isabel Perlada, a former BRIDGE Student Director as well.

Joy Callejo (Co-Founder)"Hi, everyone! My name is Joy Callejo and I'm the President of Business for Pilipinx in Business and Law (PIBL). I'm currently a third year majoring in International Relations and minoring in French and Public Health. Vannalee Cayabyab (Co-Founder)
Vannalee Cayabyab (she/her) is a first generation, third-year law student (3L) at the UC Davis School of Law (“King Hall”), and she is interested in working in immigration law and private practice. Vannalee was a part of the Immigration Law Clinic at King Hall, and later this semester, Vannalee will join the Humanizing Deportation Practicum at King Hall on a trip to the U.S.-México border to offer legal consultations to transit migrants and recently deported individuals. In addition to her interest in immigration law, Vannalee is interested in working in private practice and was selected for the Sacramento County Bar Association 1L Diversity Fellowship. During her 2L summer, Vannalee served as a general litigation summer associate at Boutin Jones, Inc., a mid-size, full-service law firm, in Sacramento, where she intends to return to after taking the California bar. She is involved with the UC Davis Law Review as Senior Symposium Editor and the Moot Court Honors Board as External Competition Chair. Vannalee previously served as Co-Chair for the Filipinx Law Student Association. Vannalee also worked as a 1L Civil Procedure Teaching Assistant for two semesters and currently supports historically marginalized and low income undergraduate students who are pursuing law school as a Pre-Law Advisor for the González Pre-Law Academy at UC Davis.
